Majestic City Retreat Hotel

Warm welcome by the Reception team. Consumed less time for Check in. The Housekeeping team were excellent and was time bound in attending the room. Applause to Mr. Saikumar in the house keeping team. The Bellboy team of Mr. Faisal, Mr. Biju and Mr. Puman were highly helpful. Location was accessible to catch up the Metro.

Excellent Hotel to stay in for business or even leisure. I saw many families staying here on vacations also. I would recommend anyone to stay at Majestic City Retreat Hotel, Al Mankhool. The staff is absolutely brilliant, checkin is smooth (unless it’s terribly busy hours, but the reception staff still tried its best to make the checkin experience as smooth as possible), very cooperative and very helpful staff…. Brilliant restaurant options inside the hotel to choose from. Multiple cuisines available to suit everyone. Overall - A MUST STAY! And a Big Kudos to the hotel management for their close and continued monitoring of each and every thing….

I recently had the pleasure of staying @ Majestic and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service from the hotel staff. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always attentive to my needs and were quick to respond to any requests I had. Their friendly and accommodating attitude truly made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful and courteous, but they were also very knowledgeable about the area and were able to provide me with great recommendations for things to do and see during my stay. Their enthusiasm and passion for their jobs really shone through and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, my experience was truly outstanding and the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff was a major factor in making my stay so memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I will definitely be returning in the future. The location escpecially as I last time stayed in downtown Dubai, this was unique and different from the hustle bustle of actual Dubai. A calm neighbourhood and the rooms were maintained quite well and the breakfast variety for Indians was quite a spread :)

The location and the staff were fantastic. I was upgraded upon arrival. The staffs especially Krishan was amazing. Had a club on 24th floor, but the sound was not too bothersome.
