I recently had the pleasure of staying @ Majestic and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service from the hotel staff. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always attentive to my needs and were quick to respond to any requests I had. Their friendly and accommodating attitude truly made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful and courteous, but they were also very knowledgeable about the area and were able to provide me with great recommendations for things to do and see during my stay. Their enthusiasm and passion for their jobs really shone through and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, my experience was truly outstanding and the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff was a major factor in making my stay so memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I will definitely be returning in the future. Special mention to following ppl Arsalan & waheed from house keeping, Krishna & Arabic lady @ reception (forgot to see her name) Irfan and team of bell boys

Excellent Hotel to stay in for business or even leisure. I saw many families staying here on vacations also. I would recommend anyone to stay at Majestic City Retreat Hotel, Al Mankhool. The staff is absolutely brilliant, checkin is smooth (unless it’s terribly busy hours, but the reception staff still tried its best to make the checkin experience as smooth as possible), very cooperative and very helpful staff…. Brilliant restaurant options inside the hotel to choose from. Multiple cuisines available to suit everyone. Overall - A MUST STAY! And a Big Kudos to the hotel management for their close and continued monitoring of each and every thing….

It's been a decade that I have been staying with Majestic on and off. Seen many faces come and go yet all have made sure to give an exceptional client service. Starting with Jessi, Nipuna who gave an impeccable service at all times, I now see there are two new favourites of mine Ms Sarah & Ms Krishna. You guys have made it always special for me since decades and it's so nice to receive the same experience. Love u guys and majestic. The best hotel to stay in Al Makhool vicinity and ofcourse one of the best hotel in Dubai, DXB, UAE.  You guys deserve a good pay raise and yearly bonuses, Cheers to your efforts guys. 👌

We have been staying at Majestic hotel since 2017. Alot has changed at this hotel from owner to staff. This hotel now has 3 night clubs I believe mainly catering for the Indian community. Which is great if you enjoy that scene. Great restaurants and a good atmosphere for groups of friends who want a good time. Big thanks to saqib form House keeping who made sure our room was always clean. Even if he had to come back later on in the day. Thanks to all from house keeping. Team. Excellent maintenance had a few issues with bathroom was fixed immediately.

Majestic City Retreat hotel is a clean and modern hotel. Is my second time at this hotel and for sure on the future I will choose him if I will be back in vacation in Dubai. The staff upgrade my room with one with a superb view to Burj Khalifa area from the balcony. Daily my room was cleaned and updated with the consumables for bathroom but also water, instant coffee, sugar. The breakfast was tasty, oriental, but not a problem for me. The location is on a safe area close to the dubai metro which is perfect.
